Triple B Smoothie

(Banana, Blueberry, Blackberry)

Ingredients
Handful of ice
1/2 frozen banana
Large handful of frozen blackberries + blueberries
Handful of spinach
1/4 cup of oats
Splash of maple syrup
1 tbsp Almond butter
Heaping spoonful of 2% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp of Hemp Seeds
Almond milk (eye ball the amount to desired thickness of smoothie)

1) Ice and frozen fruits in the bottom of the blender
2) Fill with the rest (milk last)
3) Blend.
